The Navigator assignment has been an adventure. Being out of my territory, it’s hard figuring out what is up or down, North or South. I laid in a good supply of AAA maps. I always enjoy using them to see the broader picture. AAA is the best for larger views and seeing the regions as well as what is ahead.
However, I have to give Google Navigation a big thank you! The Google directions have been great when going through cities and locating places to eat, camp or find fuel. With the locator on (and a unlimited data plan) it has been a good tool. Gasbuddy is also consisent for finding the best fuel prices across the country. I guess it’s like everything in today’s world, embrace the new, respect the old.
The navigation challenge now is to find Gus’s Famous Fried Chicken in downtown Memphis. Looking forward to a great lunch!?
